During my time at HSBC in Fraud Operations, I led an RPA initiative in scam investigation processes, reducing manual effort by 87% so analysts could focus their judgment on the risks that truly matter.

Operational excellence is rarely about speed; it is about designing the process correctly. At Cognizant, I used the SIPOC framework to redesign a Business AML workflow, optimizing risk queues and aligning resources to risk priority, which significantly reduced operational escalations.
